Stealing screen names
Most of us are aware of criminals out to steal identities. There have been warnings all over. Did you know there's a new game in town? Yup! Stealing screen names.
It happened right here in my Kool-Aid thread. The perpetrator got cold feet and deleted the comments but not before screen caps were taken. This perpetrator, whom I will call Anti-fan, did a Google search on the screen name of a Clay Aiken fan. Long ago, "Carol" had joined a fan site supporting Clay Aiken and given her real name and location. Anti-fan found this through Google. So what does Anti-fan do? He creates a bogus Blogger identity and used "Carol's" information.
Anti-fan is on a crusade to tarnish the name and reputation of Mr. Aiken. Anti-fan has been joined by a few others who are all too happy to help. For clarity, I'll call the "others" Non-fan. If your clueless and reading this, the back-story is that Non-fan has an axe to grind and over the years has been nursing a growing hatred for some of Clay's fans and Clay himself.
Anti-fan used the bogus "Carol" identity to post some derogatory comments here on my blog, which I deleted. I did think it was a bit strange for someone to be using what looked like a real name saying what was said. After one question to a real person I know, I not only knew the post was bogus I also knew that identity was stolen. Within minutes the real "Carol" also knew.
Anti-fan and Non-fan are using bogus identities to post derogatory comments on other blogs where anonymous and made up screen names are allowed. So, if you see a post that seems out of character from what you know about the person behind the screen name, just remember Anti-fan and Non-fan are stealing your screen names.
Another one of their games is making up fake email addresses pretending to be legitimate media sources. Don't fall for this one. You'll be giving them your personal information they can use in their fake screen name game.

That ploy just goes to show how weak and desperate the anti-fan and non-fan have become in their endeavor to destroy Clay and his fans.
It's nice to know we, the real fans, are mature enough to realize what a bunch of immature idiots these people are.
It's become increasinlgy ridiculous and I would think they would figure out they look like fools.
Well, I think we all know this has been going on for some time. I know it went on at PH and then posts were stolen from there and posted on pickle's blog.
It always bothered me because the person using my sceen name made too many errors in their typing or spelling...shameful!
Any one want the back story on the M&G in Melbourne? I have the info from 2 sources and it isn't pretty. Poor Clay, what's he to do with sicko fans? He does the best he can and still gets blamed for everything.

I finally resolved the breaking of my promise to a friend, issue. I went back and re-read the emails and discovered what I promised was not to post her email on a board, lest she get bashed for it. So, since I discovered she posted her story at the OC, which was lifted and taken to the purple blog, then I no longer feel obligated.
What we have here, gals, is Clay walked into a room with two known stalkers! And I have the low down on both of them. I say whatever Clay felt he needed to say or do to handle the situation, was justifiable.

This will be long so I will give you the background for it now and then what I know a little later.
Right after the first of the year, a thread began at the OFC. It was the first time I had read anything negative about M&Gs, especially the Stubhub and knowing from my friend what I did, I posted in that thread, but much later on. I didn't reveal anything other than to say I had knowledge that something had occurred and attempted to give an explanation for it.

Let's make this clear, it didn't "cost" you anything more than you were willing to pay as A DONATION TO THE BAF - NOT for the opportunity to see Clay. In return, a visit with him was a thank you for your donation.

Do any of you gals know anyone who has never had the opportunity to meet Clay? I do, and I have met him, but will not try to win another M&G from the OFC until others have had the opportunity. I think there's a flaw in the system when some can continue to see him time after time. One of the stalkers I will tell you about has seen him at least 10 times...inside a M&G and out. I'll tell you about that later.

Sorry, but I don't want this blog to become about what Clay should or shouldn't do. Not everyone is going to agree and we've got message boards where we can voice opinions.
Let's keep the subject about getting the truth out there.

I liked this post and wanted to share. This was posted in another message board that is non Clay related...

This explains every single one of John's lies. He is now resorting to making up fake testimonies on his blog and saying they are from Clay's fans. Hello, most of us have met him and know he is a wonderful guy and beautiful inside and out. We know that John is a liar.
