On January 5, 2006 President Bush signed into law a prohibition on posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity. Sec. 113, Preventing Cyberstalking, was included in Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act and rewrites existing telephone harassment law to prohibit anyone from using the Internet to post annoying web messages or send annoying emails without disclosing your true identity. Criminal penalties include stiff fines and two years in prison.
Sounds like some of stalker boy's "Anonymous" minions are breaking a Federal law.

From Cyberbullying on the Internet. I think Groucho and friends are trying to tell us something:
"The sixth rule is become an observer. Although you may be the target of the cyberbully's anger, you can train yourself to act as an observer. This takes you out of the firing line and enables you to study the perpetrator and collect evidence. When people use bullying behaviours they project their own weaknesses, failings and shortcomings on to others. In other words, they are telling you about themselves by fabricating an accusation based on something they themselves have done wrong. Whenever you receive a flame mail or hate mail, train yourself to instinctively ask the question, 'What is this person revealing about themselves this time?'"
Whenever I read his diatribes against the Claymates, I have to wonder how he treats his mother, his wife, and daughter(s).
They talk about the Jekyll and Hyde syndrome in there too. That's probably what he is like .. all of them.
I think they're updating and will be back...that's kind of what I read when I was last over there. Something about digging deeper in.

Adam and Leon (plus two) are going underground. They have decided it’s much more fun to talk about people behind their backs! They also want to interact with you fine ladies a little more (that’s got Leon all kinds of excited) So a new location and format is in the works. It is not coincidential that I would be here today. Couple of hours ago or so I was talking to a REAL Clay fan whom I consider a real friend and whom I have agreed to disagree on many topics (not just Clay) and she told me how my name is being dragged at some Clay's friend blog and how I'm being blamed for a lot of what's going on at John Paulus blog. Unfortunately I can't avoid that. They need a fall guy(s) and I'm going to be one for them for as long as I live. I only want to say one thing, and I could care less whether you believe me or not, truth is I never hid to say that I always believed Clay was gay. I never hid from saying he was a manipulator and that his fans were blindly following a fantasy and I also said from day one that his fans would be the cause of his downfall because the way they decided to promote him. Promoting, loving, following and embracing his art and talent was not a problem. As fans of any artists we do that anyway, but what I found to be a problem was the way the fandom adopted the attitude that nobody else BUT Clay was worth being into the entertainment biz. Whereas it may have been just a rabid fraction of the fandom as a whole or not, they did and said some vile things attacking not only Ruben sites and fans as well as any other artists coming from AI that may have represented a perceived threat to Clay. They undermined, denigraded, belittled and ridiculed others and set out to prove a point. Avenging the "slight" of AI and 19E became a goal. When a little ol'group of Ruben fans set out to show the "best" or "creme of the crop" of the Aiken fandom it was meant to show what they were capable of. It is one thing to support an artist, another to do it with a vindictive heart. We didn't have to go too far to harvest our proof. It was harvested out their own extensive crop of vile threads, racist remarks and thoughts, hateful comments found at THEIR OWN sites and from ours as they would come and "grace" us with their vile. Remember Michael Nozzi from Bolt? The biggest fan ever. The very same one claymates worshipped at Bolt? Well, we unmasked him as the racist poster, who would've "thunk" huh? Like his, many more posts were "harvested" and YES, presented as proof. We did sent a few emails to DJs making them aware of their plans to bombard them with hate mail for "dissing" Clay and ALWAYS sent them WRITTEN proof. We never made up stories. It was DOCUMENTED in black and white (no pun intended) and the same was done with ANY emails sent because we knew we would be accused of making up stuff. Even then, they denied what was obvious. So, they can spin everything they want to. They can deny and paint themselves as martyrs, but those outside their bubble are very aware of who they are. Oh, and sorry but NO! we did NOT call anyone on the phone, NOR did we embarked in a SMEAR campaign. That's YOUR spin. Blame me or my sistahs all you want. I'm not interested in engaging any of your sorry souls anymore. I KNOW what you are capable of and I admit you are one scary bunch whom I want no part of.
Clay is pretty much a non-issue for me at this point. His own actions speak for themselves and HIS OWN FANS are finally seeing the light. It wasn't about being Gay, it was about the lies and the holier-than-thou attitude. Am I glad this is all out in the open now? YES, and thus the reason I don't give a rats ass anymore. As I predicted long time ago his fans finally did him in. I just told my friend the same and I also believe that even when John may have opened a can of worms, it was Clay's fans who made sure the can spilled all over the place when all they had to do was LEAVE.IT.ALONE. They felt it was better to stir the shit up and once it stunk up they cried foul and blame SOMEONE ELSE as usual.
No longer had I spoken to my friend someone else brought to my attention this post here. Shannon or LTGE, you don't have to be ashamed of being associated with me. You don't know me or what I'm about. I just speak my mind just like you do. As much as anyone would like to think I know Groucho, I don't! and my disdain for CERTAIN fraction of Clays fans is not THAT deep as to do or say what he does. I don't even agree with a lot of things he says, but that's HIS right. Now, I despise those who felt the right to infringe in my privacy, THAT is sick, but somehow it is a common practice among that certain group and celebrated by their minions. They feel putting someone in harms way because of their public opinions is justifiable, how sick is that? That's when I decided they are one scary MF'er group and it was better to leave them self-destruct than getting in their way. As evil as you may find me, I would NEVER do that no one, but I WILL speak my mind and my words can be as cutting as the sharpest blade at times.
All I want to say is that I'm tired of this BS. I'm not and have not being, in a looooooooooong time interested in the same BS of THREE years ago. I'm not interested in "exposing" the claymates because that was done already THREE years ago and every turn they take now people KNOW who and how they really are. I don't care for them, Clay or any of this crap. I have enough drama, grief and "stuff" to deal with in REAL time that I don't have any more time for them insane people. As of now my only interest is waitng on Ruben's CD release hopefully in August and that's it. Life itself keeps me busy and I have by far, more serious things to deal with than to be concerned with you people any more. I did wanted to set the record straight (for all it's worth) and to ask you to find another scapegoat. This one is dead and can't carry anyone's blame no more. I was hoping you would realize by now that you DO have more "haters" (as you call those of us who speak the truth you refused to hear) among Clay fans themselves than you care to admit. If anything, John Paulus provided an outlet for those who for so long have been silenced and banned from their own sites for speaking up. Those are the real fans of Clay. They love him, but are not blinded . Now they have a place to speak and I hope they remain anonymous because I shudder just thinking what can
be done to them by the mutts. Sad.

To those Clay fans I have had the pleasure of *gasp* talking to, thanks for the opportunity. If my memory is correct it was under a photograph of Clay and said something about teaching him a lesson.

He/She said it was Pre-Idol makeover. Welllllll... why did Clay have the same Thom Yorke hairstyle on the right side of his head as Thom Yorke did in the Kendall Gallery pics?
I really, really feel he's connected. Why oh why would he use the same photo or one similar from the same gallery? This has got to be some sordid, private joke between whomever did the photoshopping and the people that used them. What's the damned joke?

You can tell by the context of the message of "Emach" that she is the main Clayhater poster over there. Who is she anyway? Anyone have a picture of her? She is probably the one hating on Claymates and calling them fat, ugly, old, and insane too. You can tell she is scared of Clay and she knows Clay's career is big and that MOM surpassed Kelly's thankful in sales and she is intimidated and is resulting to spreading false accusations. She needs to be brought down, just like John.
Who is Groucho? Who is Emach? Anyone have pictures of them?
As a vocal and emotion coach, I must say that Clay Aiken has a better voice than Kelly Clarkson. She sings with too many runs and a weak falsetto. She has strength in her voice and emotion, but she has no control or power. She also has no range, which makes her voice sound "too common". Clay Aiken has more of a connection with his music and it shows. He also sings with strength, but has a fantastic range and definitely possesses control and power. Clay shows emotion, but people who are unaccepting to someone who sings effortlessly as opposed to someone who sings with too much effort, will disagree because they do not know anything about music. I have watched the current American Idol and have watched it since the first season. There is no one on the show that compares to Clay Aiken. He is in a league of his own.
Emach is one of many. She is a Ruben fan that has excelled at impersonating crazed Clay fans. Add her to the crazed Kelly fans and you have pure HATE. But they are only some of the players in this wretched game.
No one can sing as good as Clay Aiken. No one! Clay Aiken is naturally gifted. He is the voice that launched a thousand ships.
I knew it wasn't the pre-Idol makeover era. They had his hair too dark and eyebrows as well then. They had his hair smoother and further back off his face then with a widows peak.
When I saw that photo of TY from JP's blog and Casey said to look at certain features, I headed straight for the BOI article that had the "webcam" shot and that shot was the one from TG's site. There was no hesitation
What does Emach look like? Is she the black chick that posts over on AmericanIdol.com in the season 2 discussions?
