What John doesn't seem to realize is that the majority of Clay's fans don't give a rat's ass about what he does in his own spare time.

I've wondered the same thing about his family. Are they afraid of him? Surely they have to know about this blog and obsession.

No, I do not know Clay. Wish I did. It bugs me that every hit puts money in ph's pocket and that the ph site is a haven for haters.
I understand why FOC moderates the comments but it's not condusive to carrying on a conversation. I've got the free time to watch what is said here and I've been reading from the beginning so I've got a good idea of who is for real and who is lying.
He has help on that blog, there is no doubt in my mind. He has never proven himself to be that prolific with his writing.
I, personally, think someone is writing them, sending them to him via email and he posts them. There is just know way he can be doing it all himself.
I have some ideas of who is helping, as I'm sure we all do.
I believe he is bipolar. His manic episodes are so easy to document as are his depressive ones. The thing with him is his depressive ones present themselves as his "attack" mode. He really goes after the fans and Clay during his depressive mood.
His manic mode is when he thinks he is invincible.
This, of course, is all my humble opinion.

After last night I feel so drained and helpless. I have been following on PH but haven't gone to JP's and I won't. I just would like to know if there is any way to make this nutball go away.
They want us to stop supporting Clay and that I will never do. Nothing they can say will make me believe them, and that is the bottom line.

I find it even more interesting that his two main "power plays" have faded into the distance...wait...make that three.
The Fox interview is never discussed. The FTC complaint is never discussed and The Details article is never discussed.
I think there are some younger (and older) fans who freak when he starts spewing that stuff but nothing ever comes of it. If we could just keep from reacting, he wouldn't get nearly the thrill.
The blog is just a place for the haters and JP to congregate and say whatever they want under the guise of Free Speech.

Last week I wore my Clay Aiken shirt to work, you know not one person made a remark about what is going on??? Hum wonder why....With just the group here posting how many have ever bought a tabloid paper? I for one and folks I'm 49 years old have never had one in my hand, and don't plan to ever hold one unless it's about John going to Jail :-)
I glance at the tabloids while waiting in the grocery check out lines but buy one? Never.
What I can't get my mind around is why Clay Aiken? There are so many celebs out there to pick from, why do the haters hate on him so much?
The Internet is definitely a mean place. Has anyone ever ventured over to an American Idol board? Wow, the hate that is spewed over each of these poor kids is just mind boggling.
I guess when anyone puts their name out there, you become fair game to public insults and crap. Pretty sad.
I would imagine even ML has probably scrambled for his life as far away from fruitcake as possible. I, for one, think it's Groucho doing all the chain yanking and aggressive arguing, taunting, photo and IP copying. He probably has taken over JP's life. You can spot Emach a mile away because of the nasty mouth she inherited from some dead sailor's spirit.
Why Clay Aiken?
Well, maybe one of the resident haters was in on this from the inception. Maybe JP didn't come up with this idea himself...the guy's life has not exactly been a success and I suspect he has pulled scams in the past. Too bad Insane Bastard doesn't come back.
Who knows, maybe all it took was a visit to Legends in Raleigh to find a guy who needed some money and was game.

ya know this is really sad, I have gotten so caught up in this mess, while I'm at work I start thinking maybe, just maybe when I get home and log on I will see that John has been busted. My parents raised me to never say I hate someone, I was to say I dislike them (doesn't sound so harsh) God Bless them they raised me well, and I'm proud to be their daughter,but, I have never hated anyone as much as I do John, and I don't even know the man....this is sad isn't it?

That's why what he's doing bothers us so much. It's outside our realm of comprehension how one person can deliberately, without conscience, cause so much hurt to another.
It's been an eye opening experience for me. I am pretty naive for 46 years old. I had no clue anyone could harbor so much hate.
Xmas Tour, Groucho is a Kelly Clarkson fan who has some stalker tendancies. He makes fun of Clay's middle-aged fans but he is in his 50s and writes some pretty lusty stuff about Kelly. He's obsessed with wanting her and hating Clay because he outsold her the first time around plus fans that showed up for the IT Tour were split about 70/30 with the majority of fans being there for Clay except in a few cities where it might have been 60/40
His motto is "cause fear through intimidation" or something like that. He's been banned from numerous Kelly boards because people are afraid he'll harm her if she lets him down in any way. He's definitely on Kelly's and Clay's security lists. That's why Jerome is so protective of Clay; if there is the slightest jolt in a crowd Jerome tucks him under his armpit and SCATS. Clay is a tall man but he looks like a ragdoll with Jerome dragging him away.
Emach heads up a group of about 5 or 6 gals that used to call themselves Soulful Ruben until they were busted and had to make other internet plans. They were livid at Clay's sales beating Ruben's. Both fanbases were involved in cracking CDs and Emach led an email and phone crusade pretending to be nasty Claymates pissing off the DJs and others. The Clarkson fanbase decided to do the same thing to us so that's why our reputation is that of being fanatic or crazy.
These 2 invade the boards and cause this kind of havoc all the time. This is their thing. They stir the turd, then they battle with themselves playing all the parts. It would be funny if it weren't so damned sick.
It's been a 3 year battle and now we have Frog Pussy. Fate threw the worst 3 people together that I have ever seen and the only thing that would right this wrong is if fate decided the 3 should go down together. Bury all 3 like a cat turd in the sand

They had a really interesting show on TV last night about celebrity stalkers. They talked about what drives a stalker, what encourages them and pretty much the best way for a celeb to handle being stalked.
Best thing to do is to ignore the stalker completely. Any attention given just sends them the signal "I've been noticed" and on it goes. So, Clay has been handling JP exactly in the way he should.
No response is the best response.
Another interesting thing that was said was that often the stalker has no love interest in the celebrity. No wish for money either. They just want to attach their name for eternity to the celebrity (think Jodie Foster and Hinkley - he shot Reagan just for that reason).
That could be JP's MO - he wants his name attached to Clay's. And that, unfortunately, is working.

I've always thought Clay and his legal team were handling this in the best way. It's been frustrating at times but that's my problem!
I think I can handle "stalker" because they eventually get shut down; what I have a tough time with is the character assassination and the continuous attempts at it by Emach and Groucho. Those 2 are not only candidates for research but they are criminally insane.

They had a really interesting show on TV last night about celebrity stalkers. They talked about what drives a stalker, what encourages them and pretty much the best way for a celeb to handle being stalked.
Best thing to do is to ignore the stalker completely. Any attention given just sends them the signal "I've been noticed" and on it goes. So, Clay has been handling JP exactly in the way he should.
No response is the best response.
Another interesting thing that was said was that often the stalker has no love interest in the celebrity. No wish for money either. They just want to attach their name for eternity to the celebrity (think Jodie Foster and Hinkley - he shot Reagan just for that reason).
That could be JP's MO - he wants his name attached to Clay's. And that, unfortunately, is working.
Very enlightening show it was.
