Running Scared
I think we all know that if you want to get at the truth you have to bring all the back channel talk out into the open. You have to allow people to talk about what's really going on instead of shutting them up. You can't stop lies by turning your back on them and refusing to acknowledge they exist and slapping down anyone who dares to call them a lie. When you know that xxx is lying and spreading false stories you need to be able to say xxx is doing this instead of being shushed. That lets xxx get away with the lies and false stories.
The liars take advantage of this darkness that not being allowed to discuss what they do allows. And they're running scared because now there is a place where light shines on them. Where people are allowed to talk. Where you can call a sewer rat a sewer rat.
The liars are trying their damnedest to smear this place and the person who provided a board where light shines. They want to convince everyone it's evil. Don't be fooled by them.
If you think that having an open, unmoderated board where the only requirement is respect is a bad thing, where your allowed to voice your concerns about lies and false accusations, where your allowed to complain about what you see as an injustice, then yes, Chexxxy is guilty. So are the rest of us who believe that truth flourishes in daylight and lies flourish in darkness.

It's truly a sad, sad day when some would rather berate someone for trying to bring the truth to light than to allow a crime to be dismissed. That's what has happened in the Claynation, a crime. Innocent people have been used and abused and are left scarred because of it. It's unfathomable why some would rather allow this to be swept under the rug than to have the guilty parties punished. I guess some would rather cover up their own involvement to try to save face than do the right thing in Clay's name. It is Clay that will pay the price. It is those that have been hurt who will pay the price, not those who cower in a corner thinking they have managed to divert attention away from their guilty selves. I hope they enjoy living with their guilty consciences as they continue to proclaim they are 'fans'. They are NOT fans by trying to save themselves but sadly we will still see them front and center in the Claynation when they don't deserve to be there. Hypocrites is what they are, not fans. Not of Clay Aiken anyhow and what he represents.

And the name "Shadow" - blocking out the light. What an appropriate name for a liar.
So much has been said about Chexxxy's board from mods of other boards and fans as well. I can tell you what we don't have at our board. We don't have secret chats with a fake Clay, Chexxxy doesn't start up a collection for fake Clay girlfriends and we don't gather in hotel rooms to take turns talking to a fake Clay and listen on speaker phones.
For any Clay board that was so easily and completely taken in by this scam doesn't speak well of some of the Admins and members belonging there.
I can only assume many have stopped listening to the real Clay. How sad is that?
Count me as a proud member of Chexxxy's Place, and I support 100% what she is doing.
Sweeping things under the rug is not the way to go when fakes steal other people's identities and scam people out of money and talk to minors pretending to be someone else.
I simply cannot imagine any decent person being against exposing this sort of thing.
It seems to me the new blog is an angry attempt to silence someone who is getting very close to the truth.
If anyone wishes to really learn who Chexxxy is and where she stands, that person is welcome to apply for membership to Chexxxysplace.com, and if you are a fan of Clay Aiken you mill most likely be approved for membership.
Do you really think it's fair to her to judge her without knowing of what you speak or take the word of others who also do not truly know "Chexxxy the person?" Chexxxy's doors are open and she does not in anyway fit the description with which some are labeling her.
I truly did expect attacks when she started her blog, but I knew she did not care because the truth in this must come out. It's too important, more important than you would ever believe.
Chexxxy will take a personal beating for doing the right thing, but she is a true hero.

The Fan Police Blog which has just surfaced is riddled with false statements. I am a member at Chexxxy's and have been for quite a while. Chexxxy's is a board where the number one priority is respect for Clay Aiken.
I may not agree with everything which members post there but I have the freedom to dispute others' opinions without being afraid of being edited.
Chexxxy has provided a place where fans can see for themselves what the haters are up to without giving the lowlifes hits to their sites.
Recently Chexxxy uncovered an insidious back channel smear campaign involving a Fake Clay and fake girlfriends which tried to convince many fans that the real Clay is the opposite of who he truly is. Looks like it worked with some.
I suspect that the writer of the Fan Police Blog is one of those fans who have been duped by Fake Clay and now they are afraid to be found out. They are running scared IMHO and so have gone on the offensive publishing untruths about Chexxxy and her board members.
Before anyone passes judgement on Chexxxy and her board, they really ought to see for themselves.The truth is what is posted and discussed at Chexxxy's...not the delusional, "critical thinking" blatherings of those who like to psychoanalyze a pop singer who is a wonderful human being who does not deserve the crap which has been flung his way for far too long.
When the biggest security threat, liar and story teller out there is supporting the Fan Police blog, and is the second comment posted, that should be a clue that something is seriously wrong.
When the very first comment is one of his supporters, that should also be a clue.
Don't let his name change fool you. Use your brains people. That's the same guy that's been smearing Clay for the past 20 months.
These people are scared to death that their lies are being exposed.
I'm an admin on three small private boards and there is no way to read other people's private messages (PMs). Another lie meant to scare people.
Looks like a lot of people are running scared. It's about time someone was courageous enough to expose their lies and fraud to the light of day.
It's waaaaay past time for the lies and innuendo about Clay to stop.
And it's finally time that those who have been perpetrating those lies and innuendo are pointed out.
This whole thing has nothing to do with whether Clay is 'perfect' or not. He's human, he makes mistakes; I think everyone acknowledges that. But he is NOT what these liers and scammers proclaim him to be.

As a Mother, if my teen daughter or 10 year old was told by a well-known mod that this creep pretending to be Clay, was really Clay, I would be screaming from the rooftops to make sure nothing like this happens again.
Yes, I think its everyone's business and our responsibility to help put a stop to it.
Chexxxy has very simple rules at her board. Show respect for Clay Aiken, his family, and friends. Take him at his word. That's it.

Uhm -- then why is it that all of the meaningful conversation at Chexxxy's takes place behind closed doors? Why do the posters use different names than they do at other boards?
I have nothing against private boards -- in fact I belong to one -- but don't pretend that they foster open, public discussion. They don't. (And no, the board I belong to has had no contact with fake Clays, fake girlfriends, or fake babies.)
I seriously doubt that Clay would approve of your tactics or your mission.
I think the "Fan Police" protest a little bit too much. Yes, they are scared of what might happen to their sick little game. They are cowards just like the swamp rats and in no way are they a fan of Clay Aiken.
Personally, I think Chexxxy is right on and I'll bet she caused a lot of people to make frequent changes of their Depends. Guess you tend to get a little cranky when you wake up in your own piss.

As soon as I saw the swamp rat's post I quit reading that FAKE ass blog.
